Message	The real problem is that most people here will say "take it to the track". Sure, you may have scouted the area, waited for the traffic to die down....but what if some unsuspecting car happened upon you while you were going 190mph? How would you stop? What would you do if you wrecked and killed someone? Doing this is fine if you do it in a *REAL* safe environment. Having "look out" cars on the side of the road should be your first clue that you're doing something wrong/illegal/dangerous to OTHER people. White wheels are getting painted silver this winter.
